The product in my shopping cart is suddenly sold out, what now?
  • It is possible that someone just paid for this product for you, so it is now sold out. Products in your shopping cart are not reserved for you. Unfortunately, most of the products will not be returned because they are unique finds.  Some products come back. You can email us about this.

 

How can I pay? 
  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, American Express, Shop pay, Apple pay, and Google pay.

 

I did not receive a confirmation email.
  • Please check your spam.  Still nothing? Mail us and we'll check it for you!

Help! I have not received my package. 
  • First, check whether you have entered the correct address. Email us, and we will help you with this problem.

 

Can you also wrap the package as a gift?
  • The packages are already nicely packed. If you have a special wish, you can always email us about this. 

 

Is there a warranty on the jewelry? 
  • There is no warranty on the jewelry.

My order is damaged.
  • This is of course not the intention, please email us if this is the case. So, we can help you with pleasure.

 

Shipping information.
  • All orders within Belgium and the Netherlands will be sent by Bpost
  • Small packages are sent in a bubble envelope or letterbox (no track and trace). Larger packages are sent in box (track and trace).  
  • The products are usually shipped within 2 days, but maximum within 7 days after receipt of payment.

Shipping cost.

  • The shipping costs to Belgium are €3.45. For bigger parcels, €6.45. > free shipping for orders above €75
  • The shipping costs to The Netherlands are €6.45. For bigger parcels, €9.95 > free shipping for orders above €95

  • Meraki Mirakel is not responsible for delays incurred by Mondial Relay due to strikes, busy holidays, or other circumstances.
Can I return? 
  • Not satisfied with your order. You can return the products. Please read this page carefully.
  • After arrival of your order, you have 14 days to return it.
  • When you want to return, please email us to info@merakimirakel.be mention why you want to return the item. Thereafter, we will email you with our return form and information how to return. Only returned packages that include the Meraki Mirakel return-form are suited for refunds.
  • The costs for the return shipment are for your own account.
  • You will receive the full purchase amount back within 14 days.
  • We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Does this not work? Then we will contact you.
  • Meraki Mirakel reserves the right to refuse returned items and refunds.
